Email Validator

Prior to each election, ElectionsOnline uses the tool below to identify any malformed email addresses. To use:

Paste and submit up to 5000 emails in the field below.
Ensure there is no extra carriage return at the end of the list.
Each address must be on a line of its own without quotes or other qualifiers around the address as demonstrated in the example.

This will not tell you whether the email address is active, only if it is improperly formatted.
Some characters which are valid in an email (the question mark, the plus sign, etc.), are treated as invalid by this tool. This is because those characters are used so infrequently in practice, that any email address which contains them is most likely invalid.
